Established in late 2021, Tassie Trippers Car hire is Launceston’s newest locally owned and operated, fully licenced car hire company.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, honesty and value for money of our hire vehicles.

We have recently transitioned our offering to one of Wheelchair accessible mobility hire vehicles, in order to better service the disability community of Launceston and its surrounds.

At Tassie trippers we do things a little differently as we offer all automated pick up and drop off of our rental vehicles from both our depot location in Kings Meadows and from our Launceston Airport location (Budget AirPark).

As such we can offer vehicle pick up and drop off to suit any time table, as vehicle pick up and drop off can be arranged from 5am - 11 pm daily. (please note for short notice booking these times may vary)
